About Jade-a-Kins®

Jade-a-Kins® was inspired by the birth of my daughter Jade in 2006. When I brought Jade home from the hospital, I noticed she kept unraveling the blanket she was in, waking her every time. My heart ached for Jade, and my body ached for rest! As a fan of fashion and having studied at Berkeley for Interior Design, I decided to make a trendy product for sleepy parents’ babies, hence the Tiny Tucker®. I also created pink and blue Stretchy Swaddle Blankets to keep the baby snug under the fashionable Tiny Tucker®.

When winter arrived, I decided to create a cozy, faux fur design for Jade so that I could “tuck” her in it. Everywhere I took her in her fashionable Tiny Tucker®, it was a hit! Eventually, I designed Tiny Tuckers® for every season. The rest of the Jade-a-Kins® story is history.
